Created the “Beverly Hills 9OH2O” brand name
The extraordinary brand name “Beverly Hills 9OH2O” was created by renowned inventor Adrian Gluck and developed by his son, branding expert and lifelong entrepreneur Jon Gluck. Jon is a longtime resident of Beverly Hills, California and runs Beverly Hills Drink Company, maker of Beverly Hills 9OH2O, as its Founder & CEO.
Approved for US trademark registration
The “Beverly Hills 9OH2O” brand name was approved and registered by the United States Patent & Trademark Office for full trademark protection. The associated portfolio of trademarks are closely monitored and strictly enforced worldwide.
Launched first product line, the Glass “Luxury Collection”
Beverly Hills 9OH2O made its marketplace debut with its first product line, the “Luxury Collection” in a custom-designed one liter glass bottle.
Won the World’s Best Water Award
Beverly Hills 9OH2O became the first US water to win the World’s Best Water Award, awarded by industry leading publisher FoodBev Media.
Recognized by City of Beverly Hills and State of California
Beverly Hills 9OH2O received official Proclamations from the City of Beverly Hills and the State of California in recognition of winning the World’s Best Water Award.
Selected as one of the “World’s Most Distinctive Bottled Waters”
Beverly Hills 9OH2O was selected as one of only 100 waters around the world to be featured in the definitive guide to premium waters, Fine Waters: A Connoisseur’s Guide to the World of Premium Waters, authored by renowned water expert Michael Mascha.
Selected to US First Lady Michelle Obama’s Drink Up initiative
Beverly Hills 9OH2O was selected to partner with First Lady of the United States Michelle Obama’s national Drink Up initiative, promoting healthy living through drinking more water.
Recruited by first major retailer, BevMo
Just months after launch, amidst worldwide media coverage and top accolades, Beverly Hills 9OH2O was invited by major beverage retailer BevMo to launch a special winter campaign into several of its most coveted locations. The brand-building campaign included 16 prime locations across Northern and Southern California, with the 9OH2O team embarking on a road show to introduce discerning consumers to its breakthrough first product.
Won the Best of Beverly Hills Award
Beverly Hills 9OH2O won the Best of Beverly Hills Award for Innovation, awarded by Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce.
9OH2O goes viral!
Beverly Hills 9OH2O was featured alongside the world’s foremost water sommelier Martin Riese by global lifestyle publication GQ on its hit web series “The Most Expensive Stuff” starring hip hop star 2 Chainz. The episode, also featuring international DJ superstar Diplo as guest host, fast became the series’ most watched episode, hitting viral status with over 20 million views on YouTube alone.

Based on strong marketplace demand for a PET/plastic option, Beverly Hills 9OH2O introduced its second product line with the “Lifestyle Collection”, featuring a stunning sapphire blue and glimmering gold design.
Featured on The Tonight Show
Beverly Hills 9OH2O was seen by millions during its feature on the iconic The Tonight Show. Host Jimmy Fallon did a blind taste test live on air and exuberantly exclaimed “Ooh La La!”, proclaiming 9OH2O as the hands down winner.
